Partial Construction Finance (80%) For Mega Projects

Via one of our associates who are advisers for several international contractors, we can introduce contractor/financier to build and furnish mega projects over $100M. The contractor will cover up to 80% from cost, project owners will have to provide the rest, which is 20%. 10 years repaid period with interest around 5%.

Terms and conditions:
- Applicants must have full ownership of land/project.

Documentations:
- Sign an NDA
- Submit 4 to10 pages executive summary
- After initial approval submit full feasibility study (Max a year old)
- 15 to16 pages application will be delivered to applicant. After it is returned to advisers for
review, they will submit to contractor who will be in direct contact with applicant in the presence of advisers.
